How do we pack our used robots?

2025-03-07

We have a professional and meticulous packing process for all of our robots in place to ensure that the robots are securely protected during transit. Tight packing with wrapping film, tin foil vacuum, desiccant and wood. Here is a detailed explanation of our professional packing procedure:

Wrapping Film: We employ high-quality wrapping film to tightly wrap and secure the robots. This film provides an additional layer of protection, safeguarding the robots from dust, moisture, and minor impacts during the shipping process.

Tin Foil Vacuum: In order to create an optimal environment for the robots during shipment, we utilize a tin foil vacuum packaging method. This technique removes air and creates a vacuum-sealed environment, preventing oxidation, moisture build-up, and other potential damages that can occur during transit.

Desiccant: Moisture can be detrimental to the integrity and functionality of the robots. To counteract this, we include desiccant packets within the packaging. These packets absorb any excess moisture, ensuring that the robots remain dry and free from potential moisture-related issues.

Wood Packaging: For added protection and stability, we use specially designed wooden crates or pallets to securely hold and transport the packaged robots. These crates are constructed to withstand the rigors of shipping and provide an extra layer of protection against external impacts.

By following these professional packing practices, we ensure that the robots are well-protected and arrive at our clients' locations in optimal condition. Our commitment to secure packaging demonstrates our dedication to delivering a seamless and reliable customer experience, where the robots are received in excellent working order and ready for immediate use.
